The Virginia Atlas of Community Health
If you are working to improve community health in Virginia, you should check out the Virginia Atlas of Community Health which is available via the Virginia Center for Healthy Communities web site.
The Atlas provides data for city, county, and zip-code level community health indicators. The Atlas was conceived by Community Health Resource Center, Inc. as part of its non-profit mission to promote community health improvement in Virginia. The Atlas was developed by the Virginia Center for Healthy Communities in partnership with Community Health Resource Center. The Atlas is owned and operated by the Virginia Center for Healthy Communities.
